A Hull Christmas!

We had a great Christmas with Jasons family at our house. His sister came down from Canada, so the kids has lots of cousins to play with. Jason took Katelyn and Henry skiing for their first time and they did pretty good and didn't complain about it.
We were able to go down to Temple square to see all the Christmas lights, although we chose the wrong day and it was way to busy, but still had fun. The kids had a lot of fun playing with cousins and getting ready for Santa to come visit. We played out the nativity story, Katelyn was Mary, Henry was a shephard, and Morgan was one of our Angels. It was fun being able to stay at our house and keep traditions going that we both had while we were growing up.
The kids had a great Christmas and got more than they needed, but I had fun shopping and spoiling them. They all got pillow pets and were quite excited, they carry them and sleep with them every night.
Jason got me a 'Dyson Vaccuum,' which I was quite surprised about and glad to finally have a vaccuum that sucks!

Family Christmas Pictures!

Here are the best pictures that I could get. We were trying to hurry right before church and trying to use the self timer, so give us a little break.

I always get the girls matching dresses and then we happened to find matching ties for Jason and Henry, and he was pretty excited to be like dad. Yeah I can't bend down the far and Morgan is laughing at me, great family pictures!
Like I said, we ran out of time and our heads were cut off, but this would've been a great one. Next year, we'll call a neighbor for some help.

My ever growing Belly!

These pictures are for those of you that have told me that keep forgetting that I'm pregnant because you live so far away. Anyway, I'm definetely still pregnant and here are a few pictures to prove it.
This first one was taken beginning of December, so I would've been about 33 weeks prego!

Jasons cute neices wanted a picture of us together, so we had to do our traditional belly picture. Jason has actually been losing weight lately and so he is really pushing his stomach out for this one, but his neices said that I'm still smaller, so you can also be the judge.
I only have a couple weeks to go, yeah. I am actually pretty excited now because I have been so sick this pregnancy with the flu and now I have the worst cold/sore throat ever. I have absolutely NO Voice. My poor kids look at me like 'What are you talking about mom.' Although they can't ever tell when I'm mad at them so they think that they can get away with more!

Santa Claus!

We had our 'Ward Christmas Party', and of course we had a great visitor at the end whom all the kids enjoyed very much! Santa Claus!

He came in and read a great story to the kids, they got to do actions to it and were so involved. Then they got to take turns sitting on his knee. I can't remember a year that at least one of my kids didn't cry or sit on his knee. This year, they were ALL excited to sit on his knee and tell him what they wanted for Christmas! It was fun watching all of them wait their turn! Then Morgan ran up infront of the kid ahead of her and gave him a big hug, it was way too cute! They were all so into the storytime with Santa!

Winter Fun!!!

I can't tell you how excited my kids were when they woke up one morning and everything outside was covered in fluffy snow! Henry couldn't stop asking when we were going to go make a snowman. So he was pretty excited to go help dad build one. Although he tackled it when it was all done(thanks to dad demonstrating that last year), so we had to fix it because Katelyn didn't appreciate that very much. Here is our 'Canadian' frosty!
All Morgan wanted to do was eat the snow, so we just made sure that there was no yellow snow around her.

When it's cold outside what can we find to do inside? Why not have a spa afternoon. I pulled out the footspa and face masks, the kids had a blast with them. We made smoothies and snacks. Henry is officially a fan of the spa, Jason wasn't too excited about his boy doing that though!

I got to help out with Katelyns class Thanksgiving party. We did a fish pond and game with them at our booth. Henry was so excited to come along and hangout with his big sister. He talks about going to school all the time(but it has to be Katelyns school). Not until next year I tell him.

Thanksgiving!

So yeah, I'm a bit slow at the blogging thing lately. I'm sure that many of you can relate that it is kind of a busy time of year. Well I just wanted to catch up on a few things. We headed down to Las Vegas for Thanksgiving this year. We ended up leaving a day early and only had about an hour to pack the family. There was a huge storm coming and we wanted to beat it. We headed out of the driveway and it had already started, but we managed to get ahead of it and had good roads the whole way. Although Morgan threw up all over herself on the way down, as well as Thanksgiving day too. She was so cuddly and docile the whole day. Poor girl.

I brought my camera and managed to take '0' pictures the whole time. Probably because I was constintly taking care of sick kids.

We all managed to have a blast with the cousins and my two sisters and brother. It was fun, although we didn't have everyone there. The kids loved the nice weather and going to the park everyday. We got to do some black Friday shopping in the middle of the night. Good times.

We had a great time and a nice little vacation. Thanks Lani for being such a great hostess!

SICK

I manage to get the flu during most of my pregnancies and it isn't very fun. I started feeling sick on the way back from Vegas, then we got stuck in a snow storm and had to spend the night in Cedar City at a cool condo with Tanya and Jesse and families. It wasn't too bad after all. Although I really was sick the next 3 days and couldn't do much of anything. Its even harder when you are pregnant because I have to eat and I just couldn't keep anything down. So my life saver was 'Gatorade,' which I normally don't drink, but it saved me. My poor kids were great to help out and understand. I called my sweet mother-in-law one day and started crying and told her 'I need help!' She is always so willing to help out, I just need to ask. It's hard for us moms to realize that we can't do it all sometimes. So thank you so much Nancy. Oh, and great friends to watch my kids while I go to the Dr. You are the best!

I was very glad to be feeling a lot better, and my kids were as well. So I took them to Kangaroo Zoo to tell them how much I appreciated them helping out!

Tumbling!

We started Katelyn at a new gym this year. She is now at USA Gymnastics, and they had a little show off day where the parents could come and see what the girls have learned so far. It's been a great place for her, she has learned so much more in such a short period of time this year. She absolutely loves it.

Here she is doing a bunch of cartwheels in a row on the trampoline. I took more pictures but didn't need to post them all on here. She was so proud of herself, and she should be, she has improved soooo much. She loves to show us her stuff at home all the time, and she has two little shadows trying to mimic her every move. It is really cute trying to watch Henry and Morgan copy her. Don't worry, I haven't been trying to copy anyone, especially with this huge tummy in the way.
