Family Pictures!

We finally decided to add Haven to our family portrait, after 9 months it was about time(yes these were taken a couple months ago, I'm a slow poke). Thanks to a good friend of ours that does Photography, she was amazing and the kids were awesome. It was such a great experience. Random Fall Pics!

Some of the new things that have been going on in our life, are as follows:
We have been trying to see what interests Henry has, and all he has been talking about is Karate and how he wants to try Karate out. So we signed him up for a class. He absolutely loves it and has fun with it. The teacher is great, he has already earned 4 stripes on his belt. It is fun and funny to watch him during class.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had Thanksgiving dinner with Jasons family at our house this year. Since the kids had a few days off and we weren't going anywhere, we decided to venture out and take the kids to a nearby hotel with waterslides for the night. It was a lot of fun, we went swimming, ate, had a movie night, slept(tried to at least), ate, went swimming again. It was fun spending time with our little family, although I do prefer to sleep at home in our own beds, instead of 6 of us in one room(Morgan in the closet). Good times though!

Morgan had a little Thanksgiving Feast at Preschool and she got to invite a guest to join her, so she chose Grandpa. She has Grandpa wrapped around her tiny little finger. He was so excited to go and even got her some adorable flowers. When she saw them, she said 'Those are for ME!' It was priceless. I don't know who had more fun, Morgan or Grandpa?

The kids love to play, and they always fight over who gets to play with Haven. Sorry Haven, you are just like a real doll because you do whatever they want.

Katelyn has been wanting this day to come for so long. Her dad said it wouldn't happen until she was 8 years old, but I talked him into doing it a few months early. It was the off season with soccer and I didn't want it to take away from other exciting events on her 8th birthday.

So Katelyn and I got to have a Girls Day Out. She was sooo excited and nervous at the same time. She was a very Brave girl and didn't shed a tear.

The kids had been waiting for this day for a while. As soon as they realized that there was enough snow for them to go play in, they were off.

Halloween seems like it was so long ago. The kids had a great time and got Tons and Tons of candy once again. I got a few costumes on sale last year after halloween and they were all happy to use them this year, so I was glad. Morgan-Bat Girl, Katelyn-Flapper Girl, Haven-Kitty, Henry-GI Joe

It was so fun to go to the school for the Halloween Parade, Henry was so excited for us to see him. He is such a big boy and loves doing the same things as Katelyn and being involved.

We did have a church party and yes we did decide to dress up for it. I didn't manage to get any pictures of it though, but I dressed up as if I were going to the spa(face mask and all), Jason was sporting a mullet, what a great look for him.

Fall Happenings!

Ya I know that I'm so far behind, here are a few pics from this fall. We got to travel once again for Jasons race. We headed down to Las Vegas over UEA for the 'Vegas Ragnar' and to hang out with family. Jason organized a van with brother in laws and a friend. They had a great time together, and it was fun to hear all their goofy stories afterwards.
We also had a good time shopping, playing, and chasing the kids around.

I took the kids downtown one afternoon to meet the 'Real' lightening McQueen 2 characters.' They had some free gifts and activities for the kids to promote the new movie. The kids loved it.

Cornbellys!

If you have never been to this place before, you must visit sometime. It was so fun and such a great family place. Luckily Katelyn had a dance performance their, which made us visit it for the first time. We were there for a while and still weren't able to do everything(plus the kids were scared of a few things as well). She had a soccer game right before hand and we barely made it to the performance on time. And when I say barely, she literally walked onto the stage when we got there. She did a great job though. It was a very crazy day for us!

This doesn't look too scary, but Henry WOULD NOT go through it. You walk through the mouth, back towards the throat and there is scary music playing. Jason made Morgan go with him. What a mean dad! =)

This trampoline was pretty fun, I got to go on one for the bigger kids with Katelyn. You get some pretty good air!

Fall Soccer!

We just finished up with soccer for the fall season! It was a fun few months, but it is really nice to have a break for the winter. We decided to put Katelyn in a more competitive league this year. She was improving so much the last few years and absolutely loves soccer, so we thought it was a good choice. Katelyn loves her team and coaches and has had a great season. The girls have all improved so much. I am the team manager and sometimes I feel like I have a full time job with it, but it is fun to be involved.

We weren't sure if we were going to put Henry in soccer again, he wasn't loving it last year but he said he wanted to try it again, so we went ahead with it. This time Jason was able to be his coach(he has usually coached Katelyn). He did so much better and is enjoying it so much more. He actually scored 2 times this season, although both times it was for the other team. =) He was actually trying to get it away from the goal at the time. I sure love my boy.

The kids were able to see the 'Real Salt Lake Mascot' at one of Henrys games.

Visit to the Dentist!

What kids are excited to go to the Dentist? Well mine sure are, but I'm not complaining.
Yesterday was Morgans first official visit to the Dentist. She kept telling me she was going to open her mouth really big for the dentist. She was very excited to be included in the big kid club along with Katelyn and Henry. I don't even get to be by them while they are in their chairs because I'm getting my teeth done as well. It's great babysitting =).

Katelyn was just chilling there watching 'ICarly' in the ceiling. They didn't have those when I was younger. =(

Henry was entertaining Haven when he got done. Haven wanted to be a big kid too. She was such a happy girl the whole time, but I needed that after taking 4 kids to the dentist by myself.

The kids were so excited to receive their goodie bags with toothpaste and brushes. Well if you are waiting to hear the damage from our visit, here it is. Good news first, Henry - NO CAVITIES! Katelyn - 1 Cavity and she needs to get a spacer on her bottom teeth! Morgan - only 4 Cavities! Me - No Cavities(but he wants to redo/take out all my old silver filling). Jason better make more money sooner rather than later to pay for all this crap!

St. George Marathon!!!

That's right, HE DID IT!
Jason finished his first Marathon. We are so proud of him for such a huge accomplishment. He has been training for about 6 months and has ran more than 500 miles, so it better be worth it. I still don't think that I want to do a Marathon anytime soon!

We were able to see Jason and cheer him on at Mile 16. We had a few gliches on the way there, so it wasn't the easiest thing getting to that point, but I think that he really appreciated it. He had been cramping, but kept on going.

There were a few guys from our neighborhood that ran it to.

We thought it would be fun to cheer our husbands on with matching shirts, as well as the kids. We may look like we just ran our own Marathon, but after standing out in the heat with kids and staring down the race course to see when it was our turn to cheer louder then you would understand. =)

Haven was also very proud of her Daddy!

There were five families that all went down to St. George for the weekend. We had to stay in 2 condos, so we stayed with the Williams and had a great time. The kids were so good and played together so well. Katelyn and Ben were inseparable. The kids had so much fun swimming all day, and just being kids and playing. It was a really fun weekend(except for the flu that was slowly making its way through the group, I happened to get it right after we got home, luckily the kids didn't get it to), and much needed!

The kids had a blast with this Flurp stuff, so gross! Thanks to Pat! The kids were also entertained with a sucker that had a real bug in it(which Pat bought), Jason promised them that he would actually eat it. Disgusting! The loved every minute of it, so thanks again Pat!
