Only one fall!

Yesterday was so incredibly nice outside, so we spent the majority of the day just hanging out there with the kids and neighbors. I tried to teach Katelyn to ride her bike a few weeks ago and she was 100% not ready. So I don't know what the heck happened but something sure did because she did excellent yesterday. Jason thinks that it was because he was there but we all know differently. But the first try she was gone, although we still have a few things to work on - starting, turning and stopping! Okay, so she can ride straight. She tried to turn and well, she fell and got a 'boo boo' on her elbow! She then wanted her training wheels back on, which we didn't do. Anyway, she is doing so much better and will improve with more practice! We are excited for her!

Valentines Day!

We had a fun Valentines weekend with the kids and wanted to share a few pictures from this past week! We didn't really do anything to extravagant but I feel like I have so much to be grateful for. I love my kids with all my heart, and love watching them do silly things every day! I've also really enjoyed my new camera that Jason gave me for Christmas, so now all of

my pictures don't come out blurry! Yipee!

Morgan, she is constantly growing and moving everywhere. She

still has no teeth but that hasn't stopped her from putting everything

into her mouth. She has the cutest little smile and cheeks so I had

to put a picture of her up!

Morgan is enjoying her pinkish/reddish pankcakes that

mom made! She has been such a joy in our home, and is always

happy(unless Henry is beating up on her) and cheerful

as she seems to be enojying her breakfast quite well!

I'm so grateful for my Henry, especially that he is still taking naps

everyday. He loves sucking on his blanket and if it makes him happy,

then why the heck not! He is finally starting to grow out of his notty stage,

and has been sleeping in his new big boy bed for a few months now. He never gets out of it, amazing! He is such a fun and cuddly little boy, we sure love him!

Katelyn and Henry are enjoying their Valentines pancakes! We took them to Wingers on Friday night and then daddy made mommy his traditional Valentines Day dinner of beef curry and rice, it is mommys favorite! The kids picked out a pretty flower for me as well! They were quite excited to give it to me, we had a lot of fun!


Katelyn was so excited to open a Valentines present. She had been
waiting all week for this. She had a Valentines party at Dance and at
school, and just couldn't wait for the big day to arrive. You'd think it was
her birthday or something! We made Valentines for all the cousins but
unfortunetly noone made any for us, bummer! I guess next year they
have to give us something big now, right! It is sure fun to have
things to look forward to though!

Cold January

This past month was pretty relaxed, it wasn't near as busy as December so we were able to enjoy things a bit more. Although the kids have all been sick. Henry looks pretty sad in this picture. He had strep with a nasty cold, Morgan had a nasty cold and cough, and Katelyn got it as well. Enjoyable eh? It was nice to see them playing together and having fun though! Our little Morgan is growing up so fast. She is almost 10 months, and her big brother seems to be picking on her less and less each day! Yipee!!!

Do we look like a rough little bunch or what? The kids have had a ton of fun these past few weeks pushing Morgan around in Katelyns doll stroller. She doesn't seem to mind so they can keep on doing it, until the stroller breaks I guess!

It is rainy and cold outside so the kids helped me make some homemade granola! They love to eat it with Yogurt! I think we ended up having more food on the floor and in their tummies than we actually baked. It was fun for them to help me out though! They try their hardest to be good little helpers, that's for sure!

Weekend to Vegas!

Our little family went to Las Vegas this weekend for my nephews baptism! It was so nice to get away from the cold weather, the kids loved running around outside without any coats on! I brought my new camera that I got for Christmas and forgot to take pictures of the kids! Although my sisters friend took some cute family pictures of us that turned out really cute!
We did have some excitement on our trip and that happened the day we got there! We were looking through a house that my sister was thinking about selling and left all the kids in the car, but the three older kids decided to follow us in. So as we were leaving we went to get into the car and realized that the older kids had locked Henry and Morgan in our car, with it still running though! I felt so bad because immediately Morgan starting crying, but Henry was happy because he had his blanket and a movie to watch! We had no idea how to get into the car so we had to call AAA and after an hour I was finally able to hold little Morgan who was poopy and sad! What an adventure!
It was so neat to see my nephew get baptized by his Grandpa Nish, but sad that his dad missed the opportunity by only a couple months because he passed away! What would we do without the gospel and the knowledge of it!
So now that we are back to the cold weather my kids are back to their snotty noses and coughing! Wonderful!!!

Wow, I finally did it!

I know that you thought that this day would never happen, but I some how finally did it! I always have so many projects going on and so I finally put them all on hold and did the one thing that I've always been debating on doing, and that is 'starting a blog.'
I don't know how interesting our crazy life is going to be to everyone else, but you'll get a taste of part of it!
